Citizens Advice Brent is recruiting for an Advice Supervisor and Brent Advice Partnership Project Manager.
Brent Advice Supervisor
Salary: £31,329 | Hours: 37.5 | Term: permanent
The Session Supervisor is to help redesign services, help drive forward and improve the existing Advice Supervisor role in the office, and provide high quality casework in a wide range of subjects and high quality generalist advice and information service across their local Citizens Advice, outreaches, telephone and digital access channels. Brent Advice Partnership Project Manager
Salary: £35,251 | Hours: 37.5 | Term: permanent
The Brent Advice Partnership (BAP) project is a new innovative project funded by the local authority, which brings together a range of local agencies to improve coordination of and public access to advice, and lead to better outcomes, and preventative work. The project will deliver public access to advice and information via a website, improved working between local agencies, and a better shared understanding of need and providing solutions.
Brent Advice Partnership Project Manager based at CAB – will lead and deliver a multi-agency project and will have specific responsibility for the development and improvement of the digital platform currently in place.
