New Monitoring & Evaluation Project

If you want to get funding you can vastly improve your chances by being able to evidence your effectiveness as an organisation. CVS Brent is now running a project to help you do this by getting your monitoring and evaluation processes in good shape.
The project strengthens the voluntary and community sector by supporting small organisations to use evaluation and outcomes measurement processes and, in some cases, achieve a recognised Quality Mark. Groups are assisted to use monitoring and evaluation to demonstrate effectiveness, develop services, deliver excellence and involve service users. They become better positioned to attract long-term funding and to increase sustainability.
Having worked for many years in Manchester and the North West within the voluntary sector, as well as for the NHS and local authorities, CVS Brent’s new Monitoring & Evaluation Officer Salli Ward is eager to see what Brent has to offer. Salli is more than happy to visit your organisation as it will help her to get to know the area.
