Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Salary: £34,500 per annum pro rata
Hours of Work: 28 hours per week
Duration of Post: 3 years from start date
Responsible to: Operations Development Manager

CVS Brent are currently recruiting a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for our ‘Brent Monitoring & Evaluation Demonstrating Impact’ Project.
This is a new and exciting role where you will work with small community
organisations in Brent, supporting them in identifying, developing and implementing quality assurance systems, with the aim of enabling them to become more sustainable and demonstrating their impact.
As part of this project, you will be providing one to one support to small community organisations, identifying their training needs related to quality assurance system, developing and delivering a bespoke training programme to build their capacity in demonstrating impact.
The post holder will have experience of working with the voluntary and community sector, as well as comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the different systems monitoring and evaluation and assessing impact. The post holder will also need to have knowledge and understanding of the work of a Council for Voluntary Service.
