This course is for Brent Community and Voluntary Sector organisations; (others – please enquire below).

This is a 12 week programme and participants are expected to attend all 12 sessions (though attendance could be shared between people from the same organisation).

Please book into all sessions: 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th September; 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th October; 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th November, 1st December. All 4.30 – 6p.m

The sessions will take you through all aspects of preparing your organisation for successful funding applications – with a look at how to sustain a multi-sourced income stream.

• By the end of the programme you will have a funding pack in place to use when applying for grant funds or commission, as well as a good understanding of how to build a successful funding strategy and action plan.
• The course is interactive and will require ‘homework’ in between sessions.

The programme is compatible with CVS Brent’s Way Up Quality Assurance Scheme, covering quality area FUNDING AND COMMUNICATIONS as well as elements of other quality areas. (For more information on Way Up please get in touch (see below).
